Hello We Are The Givens, We are here to expose Baton Rouge CPS services. Ever Had to Fight? Fight for your rights, fight for your child back, taken illegally. After you’ve spent so much time, not working just to make every doctor's appointment, but to also show that all babies should have a chance at life no matter their condition.  In August 2015 finding out Dallas has a rare heart defect called “heterodoxy syndrome”, Cardiologist at the time told sat us down after the third ultrasound and stated it was our decision but they didn’t think it would be safe if we keep our baby boy due to his conditions MOST babies don’t survive after birth. Disagreeing and going home doing my own research I found Doctors within different states that have a very much better rating then New Orleans. Boston being the top choice and Texas Right after. We were determined and had very much faith within our most high Jesus Christ, that our son was not only going to survive but also come home with us we were going to prove how GOD work and our bay boy would live. After months then weeks then days progress was up and down with Dallas as doctors were stating normal but we were trying to find ways to get him to am better hospital and retrieve better services, New Orleans didn’t want to send required documents over after Dallas surgery in December 2016. Boston worker was wait on paper work and required documents to accept him as a new patient and they would have talked to insurance on getting up flights out there to get our son seen by a hospital more advance within his conditions being that their rating is still in 2021 at 99.9%. The hospital was excellent of choice but I know we will still get there soon as Dallas is back home with us, due to United Health Medicaid Transportation not picking us up and they have documents of me calling reporting rides not coming but nothing changed, I am guessing that's when Dr.Jake Kleinmahon Peds Cardiology at Ochsner In New Orleans Called and made a report , I didn't know anything about it until February 21,2019 Samantha McGee stated she needed to come in she was from an origination to help with some things and started asking personal questions I didn't state she could come in she walked in as I was walking in to get my Husband. Went to court they stated we need to get a reliable vehicle to get our son to and from new Orleans , so my husband found a side landscaping job and I worked from home doing logos and we got enough to get a car came to court and they then stated the video we had on new that help us raise the money on GOFUND ME and got PROOF and bank statements of us not even receiving even half of the money because people on the other side of the country or some payments didn't go through. We brought that to court to the EX-LAWYER Jane that they hired for us which is also close friends with the foster parents, not including what my husband has been trough with the harassments at the jobs and the jobs knowing his information before he does , being told they don't care about a SICK BABY, THE COMPANY HAS TALKED TO JOBS, APARTMENTS WHERE WE HAVE LIVED AND WE TOLD THEM NO ADDRESS GETTING DISCLOSED INFOMATION, We ended up getting a lawyer finally to listen to us and sat to hear everything and stated, "WoW" so many laws broken and civil rights advantage taken, personal and now health issues between my husband and I and our 3 other sons this case is well worth it but wanted $5,000 to come to the first court case but at that time we were behind on rent and car insurance so we couldn't afford it. We are praying by getting our son and OUR LIFE our here TO THE WORLD TO NO ONLY GET OUR SON BACK BUT TO EXPOSE CPS, THEIR ARE GRATE PARENTS IN THIS WORLD. WHO GET FAUSLY ACCUSED DUE TO POVERTY! INSTEAD OF REALLY HELPING US AFTER YOU SEE THE FAMILY IF GREAT AND THE DAD IS IN THEIR LIFE. Since high school and only have kids for each other and not judging the one whom do, BUT What I am saying is that is the normal statistics within the world. We promised God we will change this world and we WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!! Someone will hear us. Honestly this isn't even half of the story and things that has happened I've had to make this short but I will keep sending this to you guys and EVERY OTHER NEWS STATION IN THOS WORLD. DALLAS GIVENS WILL BE HOME TO HIS FAMILY. ALLAH !  

HELP HEAL THIS FAMILY. This World Is Suppose To BUILD FAMILIES NOT BREAK THEM. MY BABIES MISS THEIR BROTHER,  WE MISS OUR SON, This Pandemic has made things harder so I'm reaching out to THE WORLD NOW,  We Now Have Until AUGUST 20TH TRIAL DATE TO GET A LAWYER. This Was Originally For News Stations and Lawyers Emails But I Figure If We Tell The World Some Of Our Story SOMEONE WILL HEAR US.
